Becca got her start working as a K-12 teacher and school intervention specialist. As she worked with students, she started to see how student behaviors interfered with their education. She got her MA in special education to work with students who were in the behavior program, but by the time she finished her degree, she realized that behaviors were stemming from undiagnosed and untreated mental health conditions. She started in school for her school counseling degree but as she worked through the program, she realized she might be the only mental health provider students may see, so she also got her clinical mental health counseling degree. Becca also completed her licensed alcohol and drug counseling. She has a passion for students and teachers in public schools.
Becca is train in CBT by the Beck Institute and Solution Focus Level 1.

Sarah started out her career teaching special education. She knew when she graduated that she wanted to do school counseling and started in the program as soon as she started working. Through her work in a school, she saw the profound nature of how mental health impacted the students she was working with, so she added on the clinical mental health degree as well.
Sarah is trained in Solution Focus Level 1.
Today, Sarah resides on a ranch with her husband Ethan and two boys. In her free time she enjoys dancing and spending time with friends and family.
